    As the 1960s rolled around, Duke Ellington saw his reputation burnished, recovering from many of the negative impressions that haunted him in the 1950s.

    This was mostly obvious by te number of famous musicians who made it a point to work with him around this time. In this show, Ellington shares the limelight with renowned artists such as Charles Mingus, Coleman Hawkins, Louis Armstrong and even John Coltrane.
