Some classic albums are more classic than others, and this is certainly of them. It can sometimes be a close call, but “Let It Bleed” is probably my favorite Rolling Stones album, and certainly their most consistently excellent. It has also aged incredibly well, as it still sounds rebellious, frightening and funny in equal measure.
