    Last show we played the first half of this album (sides 1 and 2). Neither of those sides were genuinely "live recordings". Instead, they were studio ‘alternates’ with live crown noise added.

    Oddly, sides 3 and 4 are genuinely live as advertised. As is typical with most things involving James Brown, things are rarely what they appear to be, but the songs featured in this specific program (with one exception) were recorded live in Georgia.
