We’ve  already covered the earliest years of jazz development, but as jazz started to mature, the music remained just as invigorating, and perhaps continuously more challenging.

The collection does not move in a strict chronological order, but rather presents artists in the timeframe that best represents them, even if the track is recorded at a later date, as we see here with our first track , Ella Fitzgerald’s 1964 recording of “You’d Be So Nice to Come Home To”.
