    By now, you don’t need to hear me rave about the wealth of strong material that was released in the early seventies – it was as if rock and roll had matured to an age that found it at full strength, capable of taking on anything, and it did.

    So many bands, so many styles, and all were competing for our attention. So much good stuff hit the mainstream that it was virtually inevitable for equally good stuff to get short shrift. This show focuses (mainly) on a few albums that were cult items in their time, but have since become somewhat iconic for the styles they represent.

    Featured tracks include;

    1) Search and Destroy – Iggy and the Stooges (Raw Power)

    2) Your Pretty Face Is Going to Hell – Iggy and the Stooges (Raw Power)
