Music Review A Funk Odessy
Delicious submit to reddit Facebook

Jamiroquai

The title says it all, “A Funk Odyssey.” When George Clinton shouted “we want the funk, got to have that funk,” JK was listening. A former drug dealer, with a Stevie Wonderesque voice, JK has put out his best work yet with this disc. Coming off the disappointing, “Sykronized” he sure had a lot to prove. I think he has finally lived up to the “Virtual Insanity” hype. Tracks like “Little L” and “Main Vain” put you right back in the 70’s. For some that’s a bad thing, but everyone needs to escape for a while. This music will help you get to that fun, funky place. So, grab that special someone in your life and get down… may the funk live on!
